Originally from South Georgia, Garrison Dykes moved to Florida’s Emerald Coast at nineteen and began building a career defined by entrepreneurship, relationships, and an instinct for recognizing opportunity.

His path into business began unconventionally. While working beach chairs one summer, Garrison’s work ethic and initiative caught the attention of a businessman who gave him the opportunity to go from working beach chairs to owning and operating a company of his own. Within its first year, Garrison grew the beach-chair business to more than $12 million in acquisitions, launching an entrepreneurial career that would later expand into property management and ultimately real estate.

Today, Garrison represents clients throughout the Emerald Coast across luxury residential, commercial assets, investment properties, land, and large-scale development opportunities. His clients range from homeowners and individual investors to developers and private equity groups, giving him experience that extends well beyond the traditional residential transaction.

In 2026 alone, Garrison has represented more than $100 million in closed and pending real estate volume, bringing together the market knowledge, relationships, and entrepreneurial perspective developed throughout his career.
